A Passion for Personalized Care
I started At Home Health and Wellness in May 2023 because I wanted to build stronger connections with my clients and make a real difference in their daily lives. Helping people regain mobility and confidence isn’t just a job—it’s what I love. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone move with ease again, enjoy the activities they love, and feel stronger in their own body.
Experience & Expertise
I’m a licensed physical therapist assistant in the state of Oregon with nearly 25 years of experience. Over the years, I’ve worked in outpatient clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and home health, gaining deep insight into the best ways to support individuals in their recovery. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply looking to move better, I tailor therapy to fit your needs—right in the comfort of your home.
Beyond physical therapy, my background includes aerobics instruction, yoga, and personal training, giving me a well-rounded perspective on movement and wellness. This allows me to incorporate different approaches into therapy, ensuring a more comprehensive and personalized experience.
A Holistic Approach to Healing
We are souls living in bodies, and true healing happens on multiple levels—physical, mental, and emotional. That’s why my approach goes beyond just movement. I now serve as a restorative coach and partner, guiding clients toward a healthier, more balanced life. Our work together isn’t just about physical recovery—it’s about improving your overall quality of life.
During our sessions, we’ll talk about your personal goals and how different aspects of life—mobility, nutrition, mindset, and daily habits—work together to support your well-being. I treat each client as an individual, ensuring that your concerns are heard and that you play an active role in setting the goals that matter most to you.
Encouragement Every Step of the Way
I believe in progress, not perfection. Recovery and strength-building take time, but with the right plan, support, and mindset, anything is possible.
You’ll always be encouraged to keep moving forward, improving, and reaching your goals—no matter how big or small.
My motto is simple: “You can and you will.”
