FAQs About Meal Prep/Planning

  • We can do either. If you prefer to do your own shopping we will discuss the shopping list so that all ingredients are on hand.  If you are currently having difficulty shopping I can provide that service for you. 

  • We can do either. I can prepare the food and deliver it to you or I can cook at your house. We can also incorporate a therapy session which will focus on balance and endurance while preparing a meal together.

  • I can assist you by creating a week’s menu ( usually dinner) and provide you with the recipes so that you can cook and shop on your own.
