FAQs About Meal Prep/Planning
- Do you do the grocery shopping or do I?
We can do either. If you prefer to do your own shopping we will discuss the shopping list so that all ingredients are on hand. If you are currently having difficulty shopping I can provide that service for you.
- Do you cook at your house or mine?
We can do either. I can prepare the food and deliver it to you or I can cook at your house. We can also incorporate a therapy session which will focus on balance and endurance while preparing a meal together.
- What if I just need help with menu ideas?
I can assist you by creating a week’s menu ( usually dinner) and provide you with the recipes so that you can cook and shop on your own.
